The initial exam consists of a physical examination, a review of your medical and family history and a discussion about the reason for the consultation and the state of your actual general health. Our goal is to offer personalized tools to reduce risk factors leading to chronic lifestyle diseases. Our physical exam therefore, is thorough and exhaustive and not limited to symptomatic areas. This exam evaluates, among other things, the neurological, musculo-skeletal and cardiovascular systems as well as the regulation of your metabolism. Your first visit to our clinic usually takes up to 60 minutes.
